How often should I practice?

For good results, three times a week, for Life Changing results, five to six times a week . If you want decent results, three times a week will do. But if you are really looking to transform your body, your spirit, and your life, do Bikram Yoga every day – you'll be amazed by what happens. Any number of classes will take you one step closer to transformation.

Why the heat?

The heat heals, the heat protects your body from injury and facilitates a deeper stretch, it is a purifying power and a detoxifier and most of all the heat "sets you free".

I invite you to look at Yoga from a different perspective: as a way of life. Begin to integrate the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice, using yoga as a means to flush out (tapas) the toxins, poisons and blockages, not just in the body, but in all areas of our lives. Only then will the real journey begin… only then will the benefits of the practice envelope every aspect of our being. Taking off from our path during the fall or any time for that matter, only prolongs the experience for freedom and liberation. I urge you to make the commitment to yourself and to your practice.
